Our class packs commence from first use and have varying expiry dates as listed on the website.
One ‘Two Week Trial’ per person, available for purchase only once.
Special circumstances may be considered if you cannot attend the classes within the permitted usage period. Email hello@thepilatesmvmt.com.au with enquiries. Medical certificates will need to be supplied upon request.
Being a small business please understand the need to enforce rules to encourage client commitment and to prevent late cancellations and no-shows.
There are only 8 Reformer beds in our studio, and we have scheduled our classes to best suit the needs of our clients. We implement strategies to maximise the use of our studio and to prevent the risk of someone missing out.
Each class booking has a 12-hour cut off period before the class credit cannot be returned. Please cancel before the cut off time so you don't lose your class credit and to allow someone else to book the spot or be bumped into the class from the waitlist within a reasonable time frame.
Penalties apply to late cancellations and no-shows for our memberships.
$10 fee for a no-show
$4.50 fee for a late cancellation.
Please note our cancellation policy is processed automatically through our booking system.
If the reason for your late cancellation or no-show is for circumstances out of your control please email hello@thepilatesmvmt.com.au and the automatic penalty payment can be cancelled or refunded.
*how the waitlist works
The waitlist has an eight person capacity. When a person cancels their booking, the first person on the waitlist is notified by a text message and given a 30 minute window to accept or reject the offer. If no action is taken, the second person on the waitlist will be notified and given the 30 minutes to respond and so on.
No credit is debited from you when joining a waitlist unless you are accepted into the class.
Without available class credit and no compatible membership, the payment method on file will be charged to settle the unpaid booking. This is an automatic process.
If you don’t want your payment method on file charged then you need to ensure you have credit on your account.
Please note we will not cancel a pre-existing booking to compensate for a class being accepted from the waitlist. You can however, do this yourself by cancelling an upcoming class booking, prior to accepting the waitlist offer.
