Our Balanced Body class is for mature age clients seeking a Pilates class that focusses on functional strength, steadying balance and improving mobility.
By stretching and strengthening this session will allow the practise of mindful movement to calm the nervous system and build body awareness and confidence in one's abilities!

Slight lift in intensity with quicker movement progressions. Clients inclined to feel more of a burn as certain muscle groups will be targeted to build strength.
Suitable to those who are familiar with Pilates and the reformer machine to enable smooth transitions between exercises
‘Mvmt’ delivers a full body workout with the intention to work your arms, legs and core simultaneously

Introducing you to Interval Training on the reformer machine. For 28-30 minutes you will work/rest during evenly timed intervals, e.g. 45 secs on and 15 secs rest.
The aim of this class is to ‘elevate’ your Heart Rate using low impact Reformer Pilates exercises. Keeping this class to a shorter time period to suit those who fancy a quick burst of energy and short and sharp sweat session towards the end of their working week!
